DESCRIPTION:If you’ve been contemplating switching to a red dot on your pistol or\, you already have one but haven’t quite got comfortable with the new sighting system yet\, this is the class for you! \nWe developed the Red Dot Pistol class as a day-long course to introduce the core fundamentals and techniques for using a red dot sight for pistol shooting. \nAt the beginning of this class\, we’ll take time to ensure your red dot optic is mounted properly and sighted in. Once that’s done\, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of shooting with a red dot pistol sight. This workshop will build on information covered in previous workshops. \n\nDelivery System is our striking class\nMind is primary weapon\nFlexible\, sharp\, blunt\, & projectile weapon categories\nTargeting\, and strategy (deter\, disengage\, damage\, etc.)\nElement of surprise & availability \n\nThis workshop covers everyday objects that can be used as improvised weapons for self-defense: \n\nFlashlight & pepper spray\nPens\, saps\, improvised saps\nBlunt weapons\, tradesman tools\, non-permissive environment (NPE) weapons\, cigarette lighters\, sleeve chokes\, bracelet chokes\, seatbelt chokes\, fire extinguisher and other aerosol spray\, “poor man’s flame thrower.”
