Intro to Plant Medicine – In this two-hour session, you’ll learn about a few medicinal plants located on site, how to recognize them and how they are used. We’ll also cover the most common types of ways to use plant medicine, introduce you to trusted tools and resources and lay to rest some common myths about plant medicine.
During this two-hour session, we’ll explore multiple gear options for your specific training level, introduce you to new gear, and walk you through gear selections for your bug-out bag.
