James has more than 35 years in the Military and Private Security sector. His extensive military background includes:

• Operations and Intelligence, Weapons, Demolitions, Communication, Survival, and Advanced First Aid.
• Special Operations Target Interdiction Course
• Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat Course (Close Quarters Battle)
• Special Forces Operations and Intelligence Course
• S.E.R.E. Level I (High Risk)
• Mid-South Defensive Shooting School

After Retiring from the Military, James has continued working as a Security Consultant and Personal Protection Specialist. Additionally, James has completed the following training:

• Executive Protection Protectors Pistol Course
• Vehicle Dynamics Institute Driving Course
• Pat McNamara TAPS course
• A.L.I.C.E and R.A.I.D.E.R Instructor

James is also a Commissioned Security Officer in the State of Arkansas, and a State of Arkansas Enhanced Concealed Carry Instructor (ECHCL).
